Trivial Privacy Policy

Trivial is a personal iPhone app for managing tasks, schedules, and habits. This policy explains what data we handle, why we handle it, and the controls available to you.

Information we handle

• Account information: account identifiers such as your email address and public profile information when you use Google, Apple, or email sign-in.
• Trivial data: lists, tasks, subtasks, habits, titles, context, links, times, repeat rules, and completion history.
• Device permissions: if you allow notifications, Trivial creates reminders for the times you set. If you allow location access, Trivial may store the coordinates where you complete a task.
• Support information: feedback, questions, and contact details you choose to send us.

How we use information

We use this information to provide Trivial, synchronize your content between your devices, create reminders, show completion history, and respond to support requests. When automatic titles are enabled, Trivial may read the public page title of a link you provide; your original context remains with the task.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on your device and, when you sign in to sync, in our Supabase cloud service. Google and Apple handle their respective sign-in flows. We do not sell task data or use it for advertising tracking.

Your choices

You can export a JSON backup, turn off notification or location permissions, sign out, or initiate deletion of your account and cloud data from Trivial Settings. Account deletion also clears Trivial data stored on that iPhone; export anything you want to keep first.

我們處理的資料

• Trivial 資料：清單、任務、子任務、習慣、標題、內容、連結、時間、重複規則與完成紀錄。
• 裝置權限：若你允許通知，Trivial 會在設定的時間建立提醒。若你允許定位，Trivial 可在你完成任務時儲存該完成地點的座標。

資料儲存與分享

資料會儲存在你的裝置，且當你登入同步功能時會儲存在我們使用的 Supabase 雲端服務。Google 和 Apple 分別處理其登入流程。我們不販售任務資料，也不會將其用於廣告追蹤。

你的選擇與聯絡方式

你可以在 Trivial 匯出 JSON 備份、關閉通知或定位權限、登出，或在設定中啟動帳號與雲端資料刪除。隱私問題或資料請求請寄至 ttyang1018@gmail.com。
